The Periodic Table
Copper 29 Cu 63.546
Okay, so I have to be honest, I really didn't like chemistry class when I was a teenager, I wasn't particularly keen on my teacher. The Periodic Table made my brain freeze with confusion, and I was unfortunately taught that asking was rude, so I never asked for help, and stayed confused for way too long. Well, as the years have progressed, and my response is a little more adult, the elements that are listed on this beautiful table have created in me a curiosity. The photograph is raw copper, it's stunningly pretty and got me pondering and wanting to learn.
So with further studies since the series of paintings inspired by my friends Achilles rupture, here's some info that I thought might provoke you to your own learning.
